Hometown Nazarteth VBS

This year's VBS was the week of July 18.  I felt it was a tremendous success!!!  We had 30 kids join us in learning about Jesus as a kid.  Thank you to all the adult and youth helpers.  And a huge thank you to all the kids that came to visit us.

Easter Sunday

We had such a beautiful day to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on April 24, 2011.  The sanctuary looked splendid with all the Easter lilies.  Our floral cross was absolutely stunning.  I  was so happy to see so many in the worship service.  May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you peace.

Youth Bowling

March 15, 2011
The children and youth had the opportunity to go bowling in January.  We had a good turn out and lots of fun.  Just a few pics.  Thanks to the adults who helped.  The kids really had fun when the lights went out for Cosmic bowling.

Bake Sale

Our Bake Sale and Breakfast was a great success.  I want to thank everyone who helped with baking, cooking and serving and purchasing our delicious goodies.  We had a good time fellowshipping while raising money for our church.  Here are just a few pictures - check out our Facebook page for more.

Fall Festival

November 4, 2010
Our annual Fall Festival was held on Sunday, October 31 this year.  It was a huge success.  I believe we had about 500 people visit our church for games, food and fun.  There were people there from all over our community.  Sister Dorothy took the job of greeting most, if not all, as they arrived at our wonderful event.  Costumes ranged from Alice in Wonderland to Gummy Bear to Pac-Man.  Everyone enjoyed hot dogs and candy while playing the Cake Walk, Go-Fishin' and many other games.  There wa...
